On February 19-20, 2024 representatives of Ukrainian animal health company Biotestlab Ltd, CEO Olena Saliy and Director of international sales Olexandr Tkachuk, presented its products at international exhibition Africa Agri Expo 2024, which was held in Nairobi.

Biotestlab had made its first entry into Kenyan market in October 2022 during Ukrainian – Kenyan business forum in Nairobi held in the framework of the African tour of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba. Based on its interaction with the representatives of local state institutions and business entities the company adopted the strategy of promoting its products on Kenyan market, initiated due certification procedure.

Biotestlab booth at Africa Agri Expo 2024 was visited by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development of Kenya, with whom the issue of the prevention of lumpy skin disease, highly infectious disease in cattle, was discussed. Due vaccine developed by Biotestlab is certified by Pan African Veterinary Vaccine Centre (AU/PANVAC).
