Republic of Kenya:

Currently, there are 7 bilateral agreements concluded between Ukraine and Kenya:

• Protocol on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Kenya (May 5, 1993);
• Memorandum of Understanding on Consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kenya (December 1, 2004);
• Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Kenya pursuant to article 83 bis of the Convention on International Civil Aviation concerning the division of roles and responsibilities regarding aviation safety oversight (August 25, 2006);
• Memorandum of Understanding between the Council of Exporters and Investors under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (October 11, 2022);
• Memorandum of Understanding between the Council of Exporters and Investors under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the East African Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (October 11, 2022);
• Memorandum of Understanding between State Space Agency of Ukraine and Kenya Space Agency on cooperation in exploration and peaceful uses of the outer space (October 25, 2023);
• Memorandum of Understanding between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine and the Kenyan National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine (July 06, 2024).

United Republic of Tanzania:

Currently, there is 1 bilateral agreement concluded between Ukraine and Tanzania - Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Ukraine and the United Republic of Tanzania by exchange of notes (April 14, 1992);

Republic of Malawi:

Currently, there are 2 bilateral agreements concluded between Ukraine and Malawi:

• Joint communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Malawi (December 22, 1998);
• Memorandum of Understanding on Political Consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Malawi (August 5, 2024).

Union of the Comoros:

Currently, there are 3 bilateral agreements concluded between Ukraine and the Union of the Comoros:

• Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Ukraine and the Union of the Comoros by exchange of notes (July 23, 1993);
• Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Transport of Ukraine and the Maritime Administration of the Union of the Comoros on the recognition of seafarers' certificates in accordance with the requirements of Regulation I/10 of the International Convention on the Training and Certification of Seafarers and Standards of Engagement of 1978 (December 12, 2003);
• Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Union of the Comoros on cooperation in the sphere of education and science (November 2, 2017).

 Republic of Uganda:

Currently, there are 2 bilateral agreements concluded between Ukraine and Uganda:

• Protocol on the establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Uganda (September 7, 1994);
• Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uganda in the field of military cooperation (February 18, 1995)

Republic of Burundi:

Currently, there is 1 bilateral agreement concluded between Ukraine and Burundi - Protocol on the establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Burundi (February 22, 1993).
