Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Kenya Hon. Justin Muturi arrived May 12, 2019 in Ukraine for an official visit.

While in Ukraine the Speaker will hold meetings with Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin.

Justin Muturi will also take part in the ceremony of commemorating the victims of Holodomor in Ukraine and laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. 

It is the first official visit by a Speaker of the Kenya’s Parliament to our country in the history of bilateral relations.

The visit is also symbolic as this month Ukraine and Kenya mark anniversary of establishment of the diplomatic relations.
