The sides focused on a common interest to develop cooperation in trade, economic, agricultural, pharmaceutical and food industries.

Deputy Minister for Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine – Trade Representative of Ukraine Nataliya Mykolska pointed out the necessity of improving the existing level of bilateral trade between Ukraine and Kenya, as well as strengthening cooperation in energy and military sectors.

The Ukrainian side, in particular, stressed the need to open a diplomatic mission of the Republic of Kenya in Ukraine.
