On 28th January, 2020, H.E.Mr. Andrii Pravednyk, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine had a meeting with H.E.Prof.Hamadi Iddi Boga, Principal Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Republic of Kenya at the premises of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Republic of Kenya.

During the meeting, both Sides discussed the current state and perspectives of the development of bilateral trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Kenya, in particular in the sphere of agriculture. Special attention was paid to the necessity to develop a legal and treaty base, in particular, to the conclusion of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Agricultural Ministries of both countries.

It was agreed by both Sides to accelerate the elaboration of the above mentioned Draft Memorandum and the number of other mutually beneficial arrangments.
