Today H.E. Mr. Andrii Pravednyk, Ambassador of Ukraine to Kenya, held a meeting with H.E. Amb. Raychelle Omamo, Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kenya.

During the meeting, the Kenyan Side expressed solidarity with Ukraine and once again assured that Kenya supports the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our country. H.E. Amb. Raychelle Omamo also noted that Kenya remains committed to the principles of international law and the UN Charter.

Ambassador of Ukraine thanked the Kenyan Side for its support, in particular in the UN Security Council, and assured that Kenya remains one of the key partners of Ukraine in Africa. Andrii Pravednyk also expressed his sincere gratitude to Kenyan people for their numerous contributions made to the Embassy’s charitable accounts “Help Ukraine”. All the funds raised will be used to support Ukrainians affected by Russia’s unprovoked and unjustified full-scale invasion.
