Today Ambassador of Ukraine Andrii Pravednyk held a meeting with Amb. Amina C. Mohamed, Cabinet Secretary for Sports Culture & Heritage of Kenya.

It is such a pleasure that the graduate of Ukrainian universityу achieved such a great success in her career. Amb Dr Amina C. Mohammed is a graduate of the Institute Of International Relations Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and recalls her alma mater with gratitude and warmth.

The meeting became an opportunity to discuss issues of cooperation in the cultural sphere. In particular, the Sides touched upon the project recently launched by the Embassy - a Ukrainian-language audio guide at the Fort Jesus Museum. The project, fulfilled as a part of the initiative of the First Lady Olena Zelenska, promoted both the Ukrainian language and the Kenyan cultural heritage, as well as it received a positive feedback from the public. In addition, Andrii Pravednyk and Amina Mohamed discussed the prospects of deepening the relations between the National Commissions of UNESCO of Ukraine and Kenya.
