On December 2, 2019, at the premises of the Ministry of Defense of Kenya H.E. Andrii Pravednyk met with H.E.Amb.Raychelle Awour Omamo, SC, Cabinet Secretary of Defence of the Republic of Kenya.

During the meeting, the state and prospects of the development of bilateral military-political and technical cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Kenya were discussed .
Special attention was paid to the necessity for the development of an appropriate legal framework, in particular, to the finalization of discussions on a draft agreement.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to intensify the above-mentioned cooperation, in particular, to organize in 2020 an exchange of visits of representatives of the Ministry of Defence and the defense-industrial complex of both countries.
