The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine expresses its strong protest over the flagrant attacks on diplomatic missions of Ukraine in the cities of Moscow and Rostov-on-Don, committed on June 12, 2015. We regard such actions as an intentional provocation against Ukraine, its diplomatic missions and serious violation of the provisions of the 1963 Vienna Convention on Consular Relations. 

We demand the Russian authorities for immediate comprehensive investigation, strict punishment of those responsible and compensation for property damage. 

Ensuring the safety of diplomatic and consular missions of Ukraine in the Russian Federation and their staff is the direct responsibility of the Russian authorities.
