Today, February 20, 2015 the National Flag of Ukraine is lowered in front of the Embassy of Ukraine in Nairobi.

Away from home diplomats remember the last year's Revolution of Dignity and the acts of moral courage of the Heroes of Heavenly Hundreds. 

In order to draw the world’s attention to national courage and dedication of citizens of Ukraine, who defended the rights and freedoms of its people and the European future of Ukraine, a Memorial plate was opened and candles were lit near the Embassy of Ukraine for the diplomatic corps and for the public to put flowers to eternize the memory of our compatriots.
